Great service. The Open Parking staff were very good, the drop off at airport was quick and easy, the pick up on return was without delay. Will recommend you to others and will use you when we next need to.

The site and location were perfect, the personnel very pleasant and friendly. I was met and dropped off at the terminal efficiently. A gripe; well the directions I received with my booking were impossible to follow and I ended up taking a long detour and finally having to call the site and get instructions over loudspeaker as I was driving. A visual map would have been much much easier.

No existe personal de recepcion fijo por lo que hay que esperar en la puerta a que lleguen. Esto despista un poco cuando no lo sabes.

El servicio perfecto, inmediatamente nos acercaron al aeropuerto y nada más bajar del avión estaban esperándonos sin tener que avisarles. Muy cerca del aeropuerto.

We are totally disappointed. The directions you provide with the confirmation make no sense and it is impossible to find you using the information you gave. We followed your directions and ended up lost...we found our way back to the airport and due to the amount of time we spent looking for you we almost missed our flight; we had to park at the airport at a cost of almost 50 euros. You need to review the directions you give to your clients... your response is welcome.

Hello Andrew, We are very sorry that you had difficulty with the directions to the car park and so were unable to make use of the service. The directions are provided by the car park operators and we do review the information on our website regularly. We shall look into making improvements to the directions to Open Parking Alicante.
